Description of Services
Group walks:
Your dog will be collected from your home and transported in the car with other dogs to a park or reserve for a minimum of 45 minutes of off-leash play, and transported home.
Your dog’s first outing will likely be a private walk so that we can get to know your dog before we put your dog in a group setting.
The first two group outings for your dog will be a trial for us to make an assessment on your dog’s suitability for our group service.
We reserve the right to re-assess your dog’s suitability for the group service at any time.
Please note that we will only walk dogs that are de-sexed.
Private walks:
Your dog will be collected from your home and be walked for a minimum of 30 minutes on its own. This may be around the neighbourhood, or your dog may be transported to a park or reserve for the walk if this is suitable. Private walks are generally on leash, unless otherwise discussed.
Weather Conditions
If the temperature is predicted to exceed 30 degrees Celsius, walks shall be substituted with a 30-minute house visit.
